My collections are based on a "healthy" amount of shells for the suggested size cakes, please take this into consideration if you prefer a lighter concentration of shells on your cake. The collections listed are for 'just shells' & pearls for you, a family member or your baker or caterer to decorate your wedding cake, I DO NOT SHIP CAKES. Shells in collections range from a 6" conch to 1/2" mixed shells, including 3" clam shells, 2"-3" spindles & whelks, 3" starfish, 2" sandollars etc... Quantities depend on collections. Collections 1-3 are the best buys. If working with a smaller cake consider using some of the shells on your cake and the rest for party favors. Otherwise, now, I do offer Collection 4 for smaller cakes. I only ship in styrofoam coolers w/ express shipping with 1-2 day shipping. I hand selected the shells in each collection for the sizes of cakes recommended based on what I would want to see on the cakes that I would do if you were my bride, many molds are one of a kind, I also take the time to hand trim and paint the shells as needed for the look you want, you are purchasing a collection of "Sugar Art" not bulk molded chocolate, therefore I do not sell by the pound.....

Each collection INCLUDES: Sugar pearls (apx pea sizes) that can be randomly placed around cake. Coral templates (a paper template that you trace over) and instructions w/recipe for coral are included (coral is to fragile to ship and is easily made by you or your baker/decorator) Packaged in insulated box with cold pack and it includes 1-2 day guaranteed no melting delivery to an address of your choice must be someone to receive/sign for package- this CAN NOT SIT ON DOORSTEP. I will ship with shells packaged in sealed bags, they can be kept in a cool dark spot untill ready for use (NOT FRIG). I request orders a minimum of 3 weeks before your wedding date, however, you can place on order as far in advance that you want and I will ship the shells freshly made apx 10-12 days prior to your wedding date. SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDED ARE ONLY TO US ADDRESSES - I CAN SHIP OVERSEAS, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE QUOTED ON INDIVIDUAL BASIS. IF TRAVELING to a destination site- please give me your departure date my shipping date will be based on that date. Collections 1,2 & 4 are boxed in an suitable size for a carry on. Storing instructions are including in box.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: flowers or coral If you would like to include any of my sugar-paste flowers I can quote separately. IE: calla lilies, orchids,stargazer, roses, they start at $4 and up, Also coral doesn't make it in shipping, so I will include a paper template and instructions w/recipe at no charge. If you like I can include a package of royal icing mix (icing like on gingerbread house-gets very hard) to make coral out of, you just add water this would be an additional $3. Either you or your baker can make the coral. This needs to be made at least 2 days in advanced or weeks and keep in dry container.

FAVORS I can also do individual shells for favors if needed. no additional charges for shipping if ordered with any of the above collections. If ordered separate cooler/box & express shipping add on $35 Sizes are apx. minimum amounts can be smaller if order with a collection or a combination of the different varieties. please ask

**"Finished" shells & sand are prebagged and sealed & includes white or ivory ribbons which are cut to length & packaged in envelope for you to apply before placement (during shipping some untie, some become crushed so for best results I do not apply ribbons to the bags prior to shipping.)

***ready to pack"- bulk packed for each seperate shell w/bags but you would furnish sugar sand, ribbon and the assemble of packing each bag.

Seahorse Couple- They are apx. 6" tall -and are 2 separate pieces, each seahorse is a 2D flat back seahorse pick-one slightly larger than the other when placed on cake should be facing each other. I place them on a plastic "popsicle stick" for added support and easily placed into the top of the cake then adding your shells, flowers and/or corals around them. The advantage to the chocolate is that it is melt in your mouth yummy.

$45/pair if shipped with a collection or favor order, if ordering just the seahorse couple then the cooler/box with express shipping add $35 (total $80-guaranteed no melting) Consider ordering collection #4 and there would be no additional shipping charge for the seahorses.

I can also create the seahorses in a sugarpaste (a sweet sugar dough) ... The disadvantage to the sugarpaste is that is does not taste as good (don't get me wrong-it is still completely edible but it is a hard sweet kind of candy like the old fashion Necco candy) The sugarpaste seahorses would still be $45 but because of no concern with melting the shipping by priority mail standard packaging would only be an additional $15 (total $60)
