I know it's months later but I just wanted to let you know I was so happy that I found you on-line. My cake turned out great that my friend made for me and your shells really made it so beautiful and they were delicious also. I couldn't believe that it worked out considering the day that I got the shells to my friend that made the cake it was 110 degrees out and I had to put them in a cooler pack for her and the day of the wedding was also unusually warm for the coast in San Diego in June and the cake held up great in a room that was still very warm on the beach. Thank You so much and I would definitely recommend your services to anyone.

Hi Debbie-
Well, the cake is delivered and hopefully the bride (Maria Knott) is happy with it!   I promised her I would send you some pictures.  The sun was coming in thru a window nearby so this is the best I can do.  Thanks--the shells worked great.  Only one broken one and it was easy to fix.

Wow, your shells are unbelievable. They look so real and taste even better.  I am sending you a picture of my daughter's quincenera cake that we used the shells on.  In between each cake there was a crystal bowl with tropical fish swimming around, it was so beautiful and the shells were the talk of the party.  Thank you so much Debbie, you made this day even more memorable.

Dear Debbie,

Debbie,

The shells & sugar flowers were a hit!!!!!!!!!!!!  They tasted so good and I was so impressed by your packaging and shipping!!!  You are the GREATEST!!
Our reception was such a surprise for our family, we really did not know if we were going to be able to go home for Thanksgiving as Paul got out of the hospital on that Sat. afternoon, his Dr. released him on Monday and we left Tuesday afternoon...

The cake was decorated by my Mom and I .  The cake as from a wonderful little bakery here in Pueblo, Co.  I took them home in 3 boxes and assembled it that morning and decorated it before the reception, I hope you are pleased with how your shells were used as believe me I am a novice at cake decorating, but the shells & sugar flowers are so Beautiful !!!  I could not go wrong!!!!!!!!!

Again thank you so much for all your help and kindness in my Wedding..

Hello Debbie,
I just wanted to say thanks so much for the beautiful shells. They were a great hit. The caterers were laughing at how the cake people brought in the cake like it was a prized posession. So here are some photos for your portfolio, sorry I didn't get a photo of the favors. Again thanks so much, they were just lovely. :)
You can gladly use me for a reference if you ever have the need. Take care -

Hi Debbie! this is Stacey Shadle Johnson, you made some shells for my wedding in Galvestion, TX on Feb. 17th of this year. Sorry it took me so long, but i want to thank you soooo much for the beautiful work you did for my shells. Between you and my baker, i could not have asked for a more beautiful and dream-like wedding cake! It was exactly what i wanted. I am emailing you a picture, i remember you asked for one of the cake, so you can put it on your sight.   Thank you so much again for all your time and effort, It wouldnt have been the same if i went with some other chocolate seashell maker. You help make dreams come true!

Hi Ms. Debbie,

The wedding cake with shells was a big hit at our wedding.  No one could
believe the shells were edible.  Once they knew, everyone could not wait to
taste the shells.  They ended up taking some home with them.  I have
attached some pictures of the cake.  We will definitely recommend you to
friends and family and if we ever need shells again, we will definitely
think of you first.

Thank you for everything,

Hi Debbie -

OK - so I ordered shells from you (collection 1 I think) about 8 months or so ago.  You made them in February and shipped them to my Mom in FL.  She stored them in her refrigerator (for a couple of days) and then hand carried them through a long hot day of travel to Grand Cayman.  We then stored them in her condo refrigerator again -- for a couple of days --  until the wedding.  They were just beautiful shells.  The cake that the restaurant made was a bit uneven -- but the shells sure did look beautiful.  I ordered too many shells -- unsure how many would be required for a cake of our size.  They served the cake with a chocolate strawberry, the cake and an extra shell for each desert.  It was a beautiful thing.

I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know to tell all the brides they too can do this.  Also saw in your guest book you shipped to grand cayman directly to Poppy at the Westin.  So there are lots of choices for the beach destination wedding and your shells.  (we didn't have our wedding at the westin -- but did have pictures there -- the westin was too expensive for the event itself.  We went down the street to the Wharf restaurant which was just perfect.)

Congrats on the best of the knot.

A friend of a friend is going to be calling you -- she saw the pictures of my cake and wants to check it out for her upcoming wedding!

Best to you,
Bridget

I soooo loved this photo...  can you image anything more incredible for your wedding...  Thanks Bridget for allowing me to share these photos with other brides..   & yes I do ship my seashells direct to the resort... however it is incrediably expensive to ship chocolates by global express 2-3 days so consider carrying them over like Bridget's mom.   ask me for a quote..
